We had the opportunity to partner with Prosidium Warranty & Capital, a fast-growing aftermarket warranty provider building multiple platforms to streamline warranty management and policy sales across the U.S. and Mexico.

As their primary search partner, our goal was clear: fill a highly specialized Senior Frontend Engineer role with expertise in Vue.js, essential for developing key platforms such as a dealer policy sales system, a Tesla warranty sales portal, and an administrative platform for managing the warranty process from policy sales to claims management.

We worked closely with Prosidium’s CIO and lead engineer to understand the exact technical requirements and role expectations. Through sourcing, we were able to identify and submit multiple candidates within days. In just over a week, we secured the hire, delivering an exceptional engineer who aligned with their goals.
